submission guideline

• The paper must be original and have not been previously accepted in any journal or under consideration for publication elsewhere

• Papers must be sent in MS Word format to admin@aseanacademicnetwork.org

• All papers must conform to International Refereed Journal Template (for publication in Refereed Journal) 

• The paper must be written in English including an abstract, references, tables, figures, and appendices.

• • • Option 1 - within 6-15 single-spaced pages 

    • Option 2 - within 6-10 single-spaced pages  and extra page USD 10/RM 50 per page.

    • Option 3 - Up to 5 single-spaced pages  and extra page USD 10/RM 50 per page.

Papers for the presentation at the conference will be selected through the double-blind review process. 

At least one author for each accepted paper must register and pay the fees for the conference by the payment deadline in order for the paper to be included in the program. By submitting a paper to present at the SOSEHUM 2024, you explicitly agree that you will definitely have a fund and shall register for the conference.

Conference registrants cancelling their registration one month before the conference date will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a USD100 administrative fee.
